The opening meeting of the second session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) is being held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang will deliver the government work report while other reports concerning the country's social and economic development and proposals for constitutional amendments will also be reviewed.
