The preparations for the second summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un, top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), in Vietnam's capital Hanoi, are now in the final stages, said Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung at a press conference on Monday.
