I spin the balance shaft with a impact driver to see what the vibrations are like if the shaft is removed since the shaft produces a vibration mirrored to the rotating mass's 1st order harmonic of the engine to counter it. Its not all that bad. I figured it would only be noticeable at slightly above idle and quickly disappear when RPM is increased as in the video. Many others have done this and claim its not that noticeable with the same characteristics as I observed here.
