{ beginner Dance Level/ advanced Fitness Level}
Y'all...this dance. Is. AGGRESSIVE.
1- squats. So many squats, there's regular squats, there is squat lunges, there's what I would call 'three drink squats' which in technical terms is like a grand plié in the first position (brush off yo ballet skillz) OR the kind of things you do after your third whiskey sour up in the club when this song comes on. Boom.
2- so many push ups. The push-ups are like a Spider-Man push-up so you're alternating knees to your elbow during each push-up which I KNOW Is hard to decipher in the video, but someday when my lil dog and pony show gets an upgrade video wise...we'll get all up in those push ups. But for now just take my word for it. Ha!
